Even if there are machines that check bar code and notes the chances
why the government does not make this a business?
can rent the machines to businesses to accept the change of
chances and currency of the customers for their purchases,
not necessarily have to be changed for cash.
That would be a way to get a direct benefit without having to
row in one lottery agencies. And as you say
extend the schedule of the public agencies
have the opportunity to come to change your lottery prize.
So many changes and no favors to the public .-
